Rafa Benincasa is a coach for expatriate women and the founder of Monarca, a company dedicated to supporting trailing spouses in building fulfilling, purpose-driven lives abroad.

Since 2017, she has guided women around the world through individual coaching, retreats, and group programs. Rafa is also the author of an upcoming book for Third Culture Kids and is passionate about helping global families thrive with confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being.
