Dipanwita is a multi-faceted strategic human resource consultant and micro-entrepreneur dedicated to building and healing people, spaces, and organizations through purpose, vision, and values. As the Founder and CEO of M.E. HUB, she passionately nurtures an ecosystem where values-driven micro-entrepreneurs flourish, drawing on her 20+ years of hands-on experience as a micro-entrepreneur in both services and product sectors.

Her work focuses on empowering individuals by fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and resilience. Through ME HUB, she mentors early entrepreneurs affected by job losses due to digital transformation, guiding them from idea generation to sustainable business creation.

She brings extensive experience in large-scale culture transformation, behavioural assessments for hiring of C-suite executives, and leadership development across multicultural teams in India, the Middle East, Europe, and South Africa. She also shares her expertise as a visiting faculty member in business schools, teaching leadership, communication, and micro-entrepreneurship.

Her personal passions include making terrariums, photographing sunrises, and paragliding. She lives with her family in Dubai, UAE.

Certified as a Reiki Healer and Mindfulness Expert, she is committed to creating safe, mindful, and healing environments that help individuals and teams thrive in an increasingly tech-driven world — where unplugging and reconnecting with oneself is crucial for growth and wellbeing.
